I cannot remember if I have reviewed this before because I have taken it for about 4 years very happily. The content of it I love as I do not eat enough fruit and vedge to get all my amounts of nutrients. This is good also for my pcos with the inositol, my depression and anxiety because of its good B complex, there is a fair dose of D3 and they have not tried to cram in things like magnesium and potassium which you need higher doses of so should take separate anyway. My mother used to take them too and this is my only complaint now: she has had septicemia and now cannot face the smel and taste of the matalic elements. This is sad because she benefited greatly at aged 70 from it. I saw a marked improvement in her skin, nail and hair and she has bad arthritis and spinal stenosis but these kept her bone density good. My only ask to make these better is an enteric coating or candy coating like some drugs have. The tablets are large and mother always has struggled taking any tablets but she could manage them with a good drink. I have no problems taking them but I have not got a strong gag reflex. 100% I recommend these and have actually got 2 other friends taking them for health issues and they are seeing benefit within a month like my mother did. I hope this review is informative and helps others choose appropriate supplements because we really don't get enough from food no matter how good we are at eating the right stuff. The soil is just too nutrient depleted these days and even eating meat the animals don't contain the nutrients they once did.

It’s fantastic, after 4-5 days using it I felt I significant improvement in how I was feeling. My skin was so much softer after 2 weeks, presumably from the cq10 ingredient. I highly recommend this. Yes it is expensive. But in the long run I will save as I don’t need to buy independently individual vitamins and supplements. I am so pleased I found this product. They are sizeable to take but I just take them with a mouthful of porridge and they slip down with no issues for me. Your urine will turn bright yellow but nothing to worry about. The tablets are quite large and not as easy to swallow as soft capsules and my husband does have difficulty - I don't have any problem! This work well. I find taking a pill around dinner time gives me a gentle boost in energy until bedtime. It's also very convenient, ad I was planning on taking most of the ingredients separately anyway. The only issue is my urine turns a funny shade of green for a few hours, I imagine this is due to the high dosage of B vitamins.

I recently had a blood test that indicated my B12 levels were far too high. I was told to stop taking any B12 supplements or see my GP for further investigation as this could be a sign of something not right. I did a bit of research and discovered that excessive B12 is nothing but very bad news (google it!). Apart from cancers and higher mortality, headaches is another side effect mentioned in a number of scientific/medical studies. I've been having headaches practically everyday for the past week. I was concerned because I wasn't taking any extra B12 supplements and didn't suspect this product because multivitamins typically don't contain excessive amounts of any one vitamin. Well, a few moments ago I went to recycle the empty bottle and decided to check the label for its B12 %NRV. Boy was I gobsmacked! 20,000% Vit B12 of your daily NRV?? Who needs that much? And on the basis of what I've learnt from research papers - is this multivitamin killing you slowly? Stop taking it immediately. Update: also contains harmful levels of Chromium (500% NRV) "There have been some reports of chromium causing occasional irregular heartbeats, sleep disturbances, headaches, mood changes, and allergic reactions. Chromium may increase the risk of kidney or liver damage. If you have kidney or liver disease, do not take chromium without talking to your doctor first." - extract from a mainstream medical journal.
